Seraqua™ is an ultra-light O/W serum base with an innovative, elegant formulation ideal for the facial area, including the eyebrows and eyelids. Its silicone content promotes hydration and skin protection without an occlusive effect, and excellent spreadability means only a small dispensing quantity is required. Seraqua™ is specially designed to incorporate high concentrations of APIs suiting oily, balanced, dehydrated, and specific skin areas.
